As their final visit of the school year (and ever at BW), Year 6 visited WWT Washington to learn about adaptations in birds and other creatures. They took part in pond dipping, the feeding of otters and flamingos and explored the wildlife from the hides with their binoculars. They were lucky enough to see a whole range of bird species! It was all finished off with an ice cream treat!
