Year 6 Mental Health Week

For mental health week, Year 6 discussed what helped them to relax and looked at activities they could do to help promote a positive mental health. They discussed why mental health was important to them and then created a relaxation session, with a partner,  that they could use when they need a few moments to themselves. 

We had some fantastic ideas: reading a book, listening to music, playing their favourite sport, drawing a picture and many more!
