As part of our Monster Mash-Up morning, children from KS2 visited the Year 6 classroom to take part in an identifying and classifying investigation: How can we sort sweet from savoury using only our sense of smell?

The children were read a brand new version of ‘Meg and Mog’ in which the children learned about the misfortune of the famous characters and identified elements of the story by sniffing Meg’s socks!

There were certainly no scaredy-cats in this task! Excellent scientific skills and reasoning on display!
