To finish off our topic on changing materials in since we carried out an investigation into how different liquids react with bicarbonate of soda and from this we investigated the best combinations of substances needed to launch a fizzy rocket.

Each group chose 4 combinations of substances from salt, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, water, vinegar, cola, lemon juice.
