We have been answering the following question today relating to Children in Need: What is Children in Need doing to support people in our local area and how can I help?

We found lots of projects in the North East which have been funded by Children in Need. We were amazed by the amount of money Children in Need has donated to a range of different projects.

We discussed what we could do to help by thinking of different fundraising ideas and ways we could raise the profile of it in school and our local area.
