As Bonfire night is approaching, Early Years were lucky to have a visit from Swalwell fire service who talked to us about fire safety. The children were very excited to have a look at their fire engine and try out the fire hose that fire fighters use to put out fires.

To end the week we had a bonfire party outside with nursery. We sat around the bonfire and listened to firework sounds while we ate hotdogs, breadstick sparklers and drank hot chocolate for our snack.
