The children knew he was a bear and recognised he was different because he wears a patch. We talked about the meaning of children in need and how pudsey bear shows kindness towards others.

After reading “funny bones” the children used pictures to retell the story of the big skeleton and little skeleton and joined the bones back together again.

They have also completed several spooky science experiments as part of spooktacular science week. The children have had the opportunity to explore and observe the changes over time.
