    Hindu Temple visit

    Year 5 had an extremely interesting visit to a local Hindu Temple this morning. They found out about the temple itself as well as different aspects of the Hindu religion. They were lucky enough to see prayer time which was conducted by the Hindu Temple priest.

    Observing chemical changes

    Year 5 have been observing chemical changes that are irreversible. They have looked at the substances before they are mixed and after to see what new products have been made. They added red cabbage indicator to water, hand soap and vinegar and added vinegar to milk and bicarbonate of soda.
