    Orienteering in Year 5

    This morning Year 5 had a taster session in orienteering where they were taught some orienteering skills. They had to use maps of the school playgrounds to plan their route in order to locate different points. They had to ensure they orientated their maps correctly when moving between yards.

    Hindu Temple visit

    Year 5 had an extremely interesting visit to a local Hindu Temple this morning. They found out about the temple itself as well as different aspects of the Hindu religion. They were lucky enough to see prayer time which was conducted by the Hindu Temple priest.
