As part of Spooky Science this week, Year 4 have been investigating mummification! 
 

They set up an experiment in which they mummified tomatoes in a similar way to how the Ancient Egyptians mummified people thousands of years ago. They even scooped out the insides like the organs would of been scooped out! We then observed the changes after 4 days to see what happened to the tomatoes.
