Reception had a fantastic Monday morning! We walked through Blaydon and visited Morrisons, where we were shown around the market street to see what food was on offer – we even got to see an octopus! Our favourite aisle was the definitely the Easter eggs!
Nursery and Reception had lots of fun at their Christmas party. The children played lots of party games and showed off their best dance moves. We have some very talented dancers

Reception enjoyed their visit to Blaydon Library, they listened to a few stories, played some movement games and did a Christmas scavenger hunt before choosing their own library book to bring back to school.
On the 1st of December Jingle the elf arrived in Reception with a letter from Santa Claus and an advent book calendar. The children open the present each day and listen to a Christmas story and countdown to Christmas Eve.
